Deka+ is the medical aesthetics side of Deka Lash, one of North America's fastest-growing lash and brow franchises. Our lash and brow clients already trust us, and they're asking us for tox, filler, and skin treatments. You won't be starting from scratch. You'll start with a warm client base, clinical support, ongoing education, and real marketing behind you.

What you'll do

Neurotoxin treatments (Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, Jeuveau®), including full-face balancing, lip flips, and preventative dosing
Dermal filler for lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, temples, and other appropriate areas
Consultations covering facial assessment, photography, treatment planning, and honest expectations
Microneedling, PRF, B12, medical-grade facials, and chemical peels as trained and delegated
Build long-term treatment plans and follow up to keep results natural
Recognize, document, and manage complications per protocol
Keep accurate charts and follow all clinical protocols, consents, and standing orders
Recommend memberships, plans, and skincare only when they fit the client's goals
Partner with lash artists, our Customer Service Center, and the Studio Manager on cross-referrals
Create social and educational content, including before-and-afters
Keep a clean, compliant, well-stocked treatment room

What you bring

Active, unrestricted Arkansas RN, NP, or PA-C license in good standing
1+ year of hands-on injecting experience with both neurotoxin and filler
Injectable certification and solid knowledge of facial anatomy, danger zones, dosing, and complication management
A natural aesthetic eye for balance and proportion
A warm chairside manner and the ability to build lasting client relationships
Comfort educating and recommending without the hard sell
Willingness to create content and grow your own clientele
